The magazine covers topics and issues related to the city of Jerusalem in all spiritual, intellectual, civilizational, urban, political and cultural fields, as well as Israeli plans and policies that target Jerusalem as settlement and Judaization.

The magazine welcomes the contributions of intellectuals, intellectuals and researchers in its various chapters and within the recognized borders, whether they are concerned with Jerusalem issues, Israeli violations and Judaization schemes therein, articles and reports on seminars and conferences, or book presentations on the city of Jerusalem and any literary contributions that strengthen bridges of communication between the Arab person and the Holy City.

The journal also welcomes the receipt of any material for republication according to the editorial board’s evaluation and appreciation of the importance of republishing, unless it is studies and research intended to be arbitrated, as the journal bears the cost of arbitration and publishing research in the studies and research section devoted to scientific studies that are judged according to generally approved standards, including in the Journal of Legal and Political Sciences Issued by the Faculty of Law at Al-Quds University, especially if it is notarized and includes the bookmarks: the author's name, the title of the book, the publishing house, the place and year of publication, the page number.

Likewise, the study or research should be printed on the computer of no more than 30 pages, attached to the CV of the writer and sent to the journal by e-mail.

The journal is obligated to evaluate the participation, and inform the researcher of the evaluation result within two months from the date of its receipt. The entries that the journal apologizes for publishing are not returned to the author.
